U/18 It was a busy week for the coach with 10 unavailability’s through injury and holidays (fancy going to Bali in the middle of footy season.) We did however scrounge together some permit players and field a full side. A big thank you to Jack Kervin, Noah Furlong, Kai Lane and Apostoli Sakizilis who helpedContinue reading “Round 9 – Newbridge v Pyramid Hill”

Round 8 – Pyramid Hill v Calivil
U/18’s Our boys bounced back well this week with a 123 point win over Calivil. The oppositions pressure around the contest was fierce, but we stayed composed, finding our way out of packs by hand and moving the ball well. We put 3 goals on the board in the first quarter, followed by 4 inContinue reading “Round 8 – Pyramid Hill v Calivil”

18 & UNDER After a couple of weeks off we followed up our Round 1 victory with a 61 point win over Marong. Our skill level was slightly sloppy but our pressure was outstanding. Round 2 – Mitiamo v Pyramid Hill
In near perfect conditions we travelled just down the road to take on the might of MItiamo, a team that had been talked up and considered a benchmark of the competition this year. Great teamwork, consistent performances and a real want for the ball saw both our Reserves and Seniors come home with theContinue reading “Round 2 – Mitiamo v Pyramid Hill”
